Product Development Management Director/Product Development Marketing Director - Analytical/CRM for a leading Software Company based in Reading, Berkshire (Home Counties). You will work globally and oversee the strategic product management for the company product lines in support of the organisations goals and market needs. Will also oversee the evaluation of market trends, product development, product position and pricing and will recommend enhancements to products to stimulate sales and meet objectives.
Typical responsibilities include: - Promoting the product internally across all functions, from Development team to Sales team - Manages design, development, implementation and enhancement of new or existing products supporting organization and operations objectives. - Manages the development and maintenance of competitive analysis and market research of competing products and services to identify customer needs and trends. -Manages the on-going research to track, monitor and analyze product performance, and contribution. -Manages the development of product pricing and profitability analysis and recommends pricing. - Develop new product offerings - Study and monitor our competitors and develop and position products accordingly - Gather Business Intelligence customer interaction - Represent the company at some conferences
You must have strong experience within a product management capacity in a Software Company as well as previous experience in over-border activities in Europe. You must also speak fluent French and English with a view to eventually re-locating to France.
